We have all read the statistics around business failure in New Zealand. Business is risky – and being director of a company is risky business. What are the main sources of risk inherent in acting as director? What exactly can go wrong? What are the possible personal consequences? How likely is it that the worst should happen to you personally as a director should the business fail? How do you manage and minimise those risks?
These are all questions that every director should ask. This event will explore these issues in a pragmatic way of use to directors of owner managed companies.
This Business Owners Forum event is at the BNZ Partners facility on Constellation Drive, North Harbour at 5:30pm for a 5:40pm start – and will run through to 7:00pm.
As always for Business Owners Forum events, this session will be free of charge and completely free of sales pitches from the supporters or the panellists. And there will be pizza, beer and wine to lubricate quality discussion.
Business Owners Forums are held monthly – alternating between Whangarei and North Harbour.
