SUMMARY:Engaging your Customers
DESCRIPTION:As consumers or businesses with a phone in one hand\, we have a
n almost zero search cost in shopping around.  There is very little case
for loyalty to a brand that we perceive to be problematic - or not suffici
ently grateful for our business.  So as business owners\, what to do?\nTh
e often sited solution is around some form of customer engagement.  The i
dea that when customers interact and share in the experience we create for
them\, that will foster some level of loyalty above and beyond the simple
transaction.\nBut how?\n\nThere is of course no single customer engagemen
t method that works for every business - although the guiding principle ou
ght to be genuine empathy\, clarity\, and simplicity in dealings with your
customers.  This will be the focus of the BOF event on 25 July - which w
ill be more or less a repeat of the 25 June event in North Harbour.  This
will be a valuable session full of practical takeouts for you and your bu
siness.\n\nAnd as usual for a breakfast event\, there will be a light brea
kfast and refreshments to lubricate quality discussion.  And as always\,
no sales – just good practical content.\n\nBusiness Owners Forums are h
eld monthly – alternating between Whangarei and North Harbour.  If you
’d like to attend this event\, just scroll down and hit the orange “
Book Now!” button before this event fills up.
