DESCRIPTION:We're all as business ownerss very aware of those handful of ke
 y performance indicators that determine whether our particular business si
 nks or swims.\nMaybe for a sales oriented business KPIs might include thin
 gs like "Lead to Closure Rate" - or for an online retailer\, maybe "Shoppi
 ng Cart Abandonment Rate" - or for a startup\, perhaps "Days of Cash Remai
 ning".  A brand-oriented business might care most about "Net Promoter Sco
 re" - and a manufacturer will be very focused on GP per job or product.\n&
 nbsp\;\n\nEach of our businesses have a handful of metrics that really mat
 ter.  But more often than not\, quality information isn't available until
  after the event - say the end of the month.  Obviously the ability to tr
 ack against KPIs in real time - daily\, or by the hour or minute - will hu
 gely increase the focus and ability to manage those key numbers.\n\nThis w
 ill be the focus of the BOF event on 12 April.  Although no two BOF event
 s are ever quite the same\, this will be more or less a repeat of the 12 A
 pril event in North Harbour.  This will be a valuable session full of pra
 ctical takeouts for you and your business.\n\nAnd as usual\, there will be
  coffe\, tea and a light breakfast to lubricate quality discussion.  And 
 as always\, no sales – just good practical content.\n\nBusiness Owners F
