SUMMARY:Creative ways to Reward your Team
DESCRIPTION:Maybe cash is king - but its effects in isolation as a motivat
or of team members often don't outlast the next pay cycle.  We're all lo
oking for maximum morale\, engagement and customer service from our tea
m - and low employee turnover\, right?  Recognising and rewarding achiev
ement is likely to help all of these things along\, so its an obvious obj
ective - but it's difficult to get it right.\nThere's plenty that can go
wrong potentially demotivating and reduced engagement of the people inv
olved - or worse encouraging perverse outcomes like gaming the system or
unethical behaviour.\n&nbsp\;\n\nOur panel will discuss these issues - an
d some of the more creative ways of rewarding your team some of which hav
e worked and some of which haven't worked.  This event will be at BNZ Pa
 rtners\, 330 Broadway\, Newmarket  – 5:30pm for a 5:40pm start on Wedne
sday 21 March running through to 7:00pm.  And as usual\, there will be be
er\, wine and pizza to lubricate quality discussion.  And as always\, no
sales – just good practical content.\n\nBusiness Owners Forums are held
monthly – alternating between Whangarei\, Albany and Newmarket venues.
Although no two Business Owners Forum events are the same\, this event wi
ll be more or less similar to the 15 February event in Albany and the 28
March event in Whangarei with the same title.\n\nIf you’d like to attend
this event\, just leave your details below and hit the orange “Book Now
” button before this event fills up.  And if you’d like to be includ
ed on the invite list for future events\, just hit the “Home” tab at t
he top of this page – then scroll down to the Subscribe form.
