Being an effective business leader doesn’t just happen by accident – it takes self-reflection and practice. And for most of us it doesn’t come that naturally.
Leadership puts you in a vulnerable place with a spotlight on the best of your knowledge, work ethic, experience and character – and equally on those aspects you’d really prefer to remain hidden.
This Business Owners forum event will explore what it takes to become a better leader. Our panellists don’t have all the answers – but we’re confident you’ll walk away with fresh ideas and renewed enthusiasm for the journey in becoming an effective leader.
This Business Owners Forum event is at the BNZ Partners facility on Constellation Drive, North Harbour at 5:30pm for a 5:40pm start – and will run through to 7:00pm.
As always for Business Owners Forum events, this session will be free of charge and completely free of sales pitches from the supporters or the panellists. And there will be pizza, beer and wine to lubricate quality discussion.
Business Owners Forums are held monthly – alternating between Whangarei and North Harbour.
